AE PARKER part of the Knights of Old Group has extended its six-year partnership with World of Books, with a two-year extension to its logistics contract.?
World of Books sells quality, used books to millions of customers worldwide. Providing road freight solutions since 2011, AE Parker supports World of Books with their mission to collect and recycle used books throughout the UK, transporting 600,000 books per week between consolidation centres and their Goring headquarters.?
To mark the continuation of this successful partnership, AE Parker commissioned a dedicated World of Books branded trailer.?With its distinctive green livery the 4.2m tri-axle curtain-sider currently represents the World of Books brand across the UK. ?
Commenting on the contract extension, Steven Murray, Group Stock and Logistics Manager, World of Books, said: “We have a long-standing relationship with AE Parker and we’re keen to continue that, plus we believe the added support network of the Knights of Old Group will assist in our growth plans.
