Award-winning workspace hub Vulcan Works is inviting entrepreneurs, freelancers and local businesses to its open day in Northampton town centre.

The event takes place on Thursday 31 October from 10am to 3.30pm at the Cultural Quarter-based centre. Visitors will be able to tour the restored Victorian building, explore its coworking areas, private offices and meeting rooms, and meet members of its growing business community.

Guided tours will run throughout the day, giving guests the chance to learn more about the support available for start-ups and small firms. Free hot desking and networking opportunities will also be on offer in the collaborative coworking space.

Vulcan Works opened in 2023 and now houses a wide mix of creative and tech businesses. Alongside flexible workspace, the hub provides workshops, business support and a programme of events aimed at helping companies to grow.

“This is the perfect opportunity for anyone curious about coworking to come and see our amazing centre,” said centre manager Garrick Hurter. “We are much more than just an office space. Vulcan Works is about connection, collaboration and supporting local businesses to thrive.”

Tours take place at 11am, 12.15pm, 12.45pm, 1.30pm, 2pm, 2.30pm and 3pm. Booking in advance is recommended via vulcanworks.co.uk.
