The Northamptonshire Business Exhibition returns to Wicksteed Park this week.
Businesses from across the county are expected to attend the event, which focuses on strengthening connections within Northamptonshire’s business community.
Organised by Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce, the exhibition takes place on Thursday 19 March.
The Northamptonshire Business Exhibition has become one of the Chamber’s flagship events, bringing together companies, suppliers and decision makers for a day focused on local connections and commercial opportunity. Entry for visitors is free.
Exhibitors from a wide range of sectors will be represented, reflecting the breadth of Northamptonshire’s business community. Many attending are expected to use the exhibition to raise their profile, meet potential clients and explore partnerships with other organisations operating in the county.
Alongside the exhibition floor, the programme includes several networking sessions designed to encourage conversation between delegates. Informal “Coffee and Connect” meetings will take place throughout the day, while a structured speed networking session led by Simon Cox will give businesses the opportunity to introduce themselves to new contacts in quick succession.
A Women With Vision networking session and panel discussion, led by Liz Coughlin, will also form part of the programme.
Sunny Singh, group commercial director at Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce, said the exhibition reflects the strength of the county’s business community.
“The Northamptonshire Business Exhibition is about bringing local businesses together in one place,” said Sunny. “With around 100 exhibitors and hundreds of visitors already registered, it provides a real opportunity for companies to meet new contacts and strengthen relationships across the county.”
Sunny added that events of this kind play an important role in supporting collaboration between firms operating locally.
“Northamptonshire has a very strong and supportive business network. When businesses meet face-to-face, conversations often lead to partnerships, new work and ideas that help the wider local economy grow.”
Wicksteed Park will host the event, providing space for exhibitors, networking sessions and informal meetings throughout the day. Organisers say hundreds of visitors have already booked to attend.
For businesses across the county, the Northamptonshire Business Exhibition offers a chance to meet suppliers, develop contacts and gain a clearer picture of the organisations shaping Northamptonshire’s commercial landscape.
