Transformed into a glossy magazine in April 2024, Business Times has continued to uphold its foundational principles while adopting a refreshed look to meet contemporary preferences. Meet the team

Andrew Gibbs


Andrew has worked in regional media and newspapers for more than 40 years, with the last 23 of these in editor roles. Andrew became editor of Business Times in March 2021 when Pulse Group Media acquired Business MK and Business2Business newspapers. Andrew is responsible for all our business-to-business titles, which benefit from his knowledge and experience.

Kerry Lewis-Stevenson BA (Hons) CIM

Publishing Director

Kerry has been working in graphic design and marketing since graduating from university, learning every aspect of design, marketing, print and production. Kerry ran Orange Creative Design until launching MK Pulse magazine in 2009. In the years that followed, Kerry established Pulse Group Media and has gone on to acquire three more titles and launch a second Pulse magazine in Northamptonshire, NN Pulse. Outside of work Kerry is a keen motorcyclist and loves to travel the UK and Europe. Also a keen gym goer Kerry likes to keep fit and healthy, she enjoys walking her Bulldogs to relax.

Martin Lewis-Stevenson

Sales Director

Martin has 30+ years’ experience in technical sales, sales management, sales director and managing director roles in the automation industry. He is also passionate about health and fitness and owned his own gym business for 15 years. In parallel to his automation career, he was a competitive body builder for around 20 years, before retiring in 2018 having won many UK and International titles competing all over the world. Outside work Martin is a keen motorcyclist and loves to ride enduro and adventure bikes in the UK and Europe.

Jan Lewis

Advertising Sales

Jan has been in an advertising sales role with Pulse Group Media since April 2015 and particularly enjoys talking to businesses and helping them to promote themselves. She is also a keen rugby supporter, following Northampton Saints since moving to the area in the 1980s

Sharon Maplethorpe

Advertising Sales

Sharon joined Business Times in 2021 and has years of experience in media sales. She gets to know our advertisers and their business well and helps them to devise and schedule advertising campaigns that put them in front of their target audience for the best price.

Annie Roberts

Feature Editor

Annie has been working as a journalist for more than 20 years, writing for a wide range of titles from regional newspapers to national magazines. Annie has been part of the editorial team at Business Times since 2014.

Graphic Design

Simon Goodger

Simon has been working as a graphic designer since the 1990s and specialises in newspaper, magazine and brochure design, layout, and production.

Steve Brill


Steve is a Google trusted photographer with extensive experience in commercial, editorial, press and PR photography. He has been the photographer for Business Times since 2005.

Devon Luffrum

Marketing & Business Development Manager

Devon is an experienced multi-media, digital marketing and events manager. Her role in the business is responsible for exhibition sales, business development and marketing. An avid networker Devon enjoys meeting people and learning about their business and how we can champion them across our channels. Outside work Devon enjoys yoga and working out in the gym.
