Talent Connect: Meet the team…
Neil Whitaker has more than 30 years’ experience supporting our clients with automotive recruitment. Neil has a wide network of candidates and clients and recruits for technicians, management, sales, service, parts, marketing, insurance, finance and to director level.
Hannah Stride heads up our automotive recruitment division, specialising in SMART, Paint, Panel, MET, Mechanics, MOT Testers, Vehicle Damage Assessors through to Workshop and Bodyshop Management.
Hannah has a real understanding and passion for the automotive sector and the ever changing and advancements in new technologies, such as EV, Connected Vehicles, Autonomous and AI.
Gene Kennedy manages our Professional Services and Automotive Insurance division, working with several of the leading accident management companies on First Notification of Loss, Personal Injury Claims and with Fleet Team Leaders.
Gene also has a technical aspect to his role as the automotive sector transitions from personal liability to product liability as AV and software increasingly make our driving decisions. Gene provides our clients with access to the best, most engaged and qualified candidates within the UK insurance sector.
Katie Frost heads up our Candidate Experience team. She works with our candidates and our automotive clients to fully understand their recruitment needs and match the best people to that perfect career move.
Katie believes that a great candidate experience is how a job seeker perceives a company’s brand throughout the hiring process, from the description of the job role, the interview process to follow-up communication.
She says that each part of the recruitment process provides an opportunity for everyone to build a strong candidate relationship, to build your brand and to show each candidate why they should work for your business.
Tia Wilkes and Chloe Lee both work within the Candidate Experience team and liaise daily with both our candidates and clients, understanding what each candidate’s career goals are, supporting them with any required training needs and updating them on new job opportunities which match their specific career goals.
The team also provides the business daily updates on the availability of various automotive skill sets, salaries and other market data.
