Howes Percival
HOWES Percival has its Northampton office in Rushmills. We absolutely love our location, and more importantly, so do our clients and professional contacts. It is not just the convenient location (and I’m not just referring to the proximity of The Britannia Pub!) which gives great access. It is also because we now feel we are in the heart of Northampton’s business and professional community.
I use the word community deliberately. When we moved in three years ago, we were made to feel very welcome by the banks, accountants, surveyors, solicitors and other businesses located in Rushmills and The Lakes. We have a very convenient location to meet and network at The Britannia Pub, and connections made there have resulted in new business being contracted. A community involves goodwill, mutual support and a willingness to help. I have always experienced this in Northamptonshire and the Brackmills, Rushmills and Lakes area is no exception.
The Rushmills area offices are now all refurbished and fully let. It now looks and feels a quality location, enhanced by the refurbishment of the offices fronting Bedford Road. It is good to see two new offices being built across Bedford Road at the Lakes, which demonstrates that the local market sees this area as the best location for new offices.
There has been a pleasing level of new build and refurbishment of existing factories and warehouses in Brackmills. Its proximity to the heart of the UK’s road network makes it a very attractive industrial and logistics location.
My own impression is that, as time passes, the Brackmills, Rushmills and The Lakes area will be in hot demand as the location in the county, certainly for the commercial and professional community.
