An exciting year for agency

WELL, 2015 has been quite a year! The recruitment industry is booming as employers have found the confidence to start growing and expanding their teams and we’ve been busy making sure we’re in the best position to help our clients find the right people for their business.

Local demand for proven sales staff: we’ve noticed a significant increase in the demand for exceptional telesales and customer service staff as more local employers have decided to focus on growing and developing their businesses.

WELL, 2015 has been quite a year! The recruitment industry is booming as employers have found the confidence to start growing and expanding their teams and we’ve been busy making sure we’re in the best position to help our clients find the right people for their business.

Local demand for proven sales staff: we’ve noticed a significant increase in the demand for exceptional telesales and customer service staff as more local employers have decided to focus on growing and developing their businesses. We’ve been working with many local businesses to help them find great people with the right skills to achieve their business goals.

Second office opened in Northampton: for many years we’ve been recruiting staff for the Northamptonshire market from our office in Milton Keynes. As demand has continued to grow, 2015 felt like the right time to open a second office in Northampton.

In October this year, we finally opened our new Northampton office. This has placed us at the heart of our Northamptonshire based clients and candidates, allowing us to improve our response times and to meet and register even more candidates each week.

Improved service: due to the high demand for our services, we’ve also been busy expanding our own teams for our Northampton and Milton Keynes offices. To make sure Ascendant Recruitment retains the same personal service we’ve become known for, in October I took the decision to promote three of my senior consultants to Divisional Managers (for our permanent, temporary and HR divisions). Each manager is responsible for the ongoing training and development of their teams to ensure we’re delivering the highest quality service.
