XTREMEPUSH, which operates its email marketing and SMS software business, Maxemail, from Towcester, has been named at the heart of the 2019 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Mobile Marketing Platforms.
The report, issued by the influential global advisory firm, identified Xtremepush as being strong, not just in mobile but across all digital channels, including web browser, SMS, email and social messengers.
Established in 2014 by tech entrepreneur Tommy Kearns and Dr Kevin Collins, the business has become a leading global provider of customer engagement channels, marketing automation tools and analytics software. It now operates eight offices in the UK, the US, Ukraine and Eastern Europe, while being headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.
In early 2018, Xtremepush acquired Emailcenter, a leading UK email service provider based in Towcester. The strength of the UK business in the enterprise Email Service Provision market (ESP) complemented the existing Xtremepush multichannel analytics and engagement offering, while also broadening its client base.
Now operating as Maxemail by Xtremepush, the acquisition of the Towcester business is noted in the Gartner report as a shrewd move by the digital engagement specialists, “bolstering its already robust support for all major mobile and web message techniques”.
The Magic Quadrant is a research methodology evaluating the most relevant and compelling business offerings on the market, spanning a range of services and industries.
With leading enterprises relying on Gartner reporting to make informed choices when choosing service providers, inclusion in its Mobile Marketing Platforms publication represents a major business boost for Xtremepush.
The report particularly recommends that marketers in digital commerce, travel and hospitality, financial services and online gambling consider Xtremepush.
Tommy Kearns, CEO of Xtremepush, says the business is delighted to be prominently positioned in this year’s Magic Quadrant, with an offering that represents the next generation of multichannel engagement solutions.
“It is particularly pleasing to be praised for our real-time analytics and communications, as well as the scalability and ease of use of our platforms. These are three crucial aspects of our offering. The report also testifies to our cross-channel capabilities, which we know from clients is a huge differentiator for us”.
CTO of Xtremepush, Kevin Collins says inclusion in the 2019 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Mobile Marketing Platforms reflects the swift progress the young company has made on its business expansion roadmap.
Xtremepush has grown significantly year on year since its incorporation, both through acquisition and the continual addition of high-profile brands across every vertical to its portfolio of global clients.
The business overall has had 100 per cent year on year new business growth for the past three years, and similar organic growth across its financial, gaming, travel, leisure, e-commerce, retail and publishing clients.
