Tyres – take the pressure off

DAILY pressures mean that often people put off getting their tyres replaced, even though this can be costly and even prove fatal.

But there is no excuse when drivers can call on the services of Corby-based Northants Mobile Tyres. The family-run business has invested in fleet of vans fitted with the latest equipment which means the team of mechanics can supply and fit tyres at home or at work. This is a free service for clients within a 15-mile radius of the depot on The Grove off Geddington Road, with call out charges from £30 for further distances.

The business operates from a fully equipped service centre which gives the team immediate access to a variety of makes of tyres which means a same-day service for most customers. The service covers tyres for cars including prestige and performance models, 4x4s, vans, motorhomes and caravans. Puncture repairs are always undertaken at the depot.

Director Paul Deadman said: “We are already well known for providing a professional, friendly service to customers across north Northamptonshire and south Leicestershire. Customers appreciate our fast and reliable service, which is at a time and place to suit their diaries rather than ours.”

Trade accounts are available, and the business works closely with companies across the area and are approved suppliers for National Fleet, Fleet Tyre Network & Fit 4 Fleet.

Paul said: “Drivers of fleet vehicles can have work carried out at their convenience, which means they can get on with their business while we get on with what we do best. This gives clients greater control over budget and massively reduces vehicle down time with additional savings made from ongoing tyre condition checks to ensure maximum tyre life.

“We believe in always putting the customer’s needs first as we want a customer for life not just for one good sale.”
