Driven by a quest for quality

OWNERS of high-end and special cars and motorbikes are driven by a passion to ensure their pride and joy looks and feels just right.

The experienced team at Proline Specialist Finishing Ltd share the passion and through the years have worked on an impressive selection of classic cars, modern classics, prestige models, supercars and motorbikes new and old.

Each project is different, but one thing remains the same – the satisfaction of a job well done.

Managing Director Gareth Jones, who set up the business in 1995, said: “We are driven to make each project exactly how the owner wants it to look. Our team is passionate about delivering the results and we have the capability to meet each owner’s high expectations.

“There is still nothing better than seeing the reaction of customer to a finished project. It is worth all the effort.”

Proline offer a range of services. From a small scratch or chip to accident damage with extensive panel work. Proline’s highly experience panel beaters can restore a vehicle to its former glory.

Motorcycle paintwork is also a large part of the business. With processes to replicate original paint schemes or produce one-off individual designs on modern, custom and classic bikes.

Gareth said: “It’s all about caring. We know the importance of the vehicle to the customer and go the extra mile to ensure it is cared for and worked on as if it is was our own. What sets us apart from a mainstream bodyshop is our work is all specialist. We are not a large shop turning out 40-plus jobs a week to a mediocre standard. We are a small team of six dedicated individuals striving for perfection on each repair.”

Proline’s work is showcased at The Classic Car and Bike Meet at Earls Barton with the team on hand to talk to owners about potential work or just some friendly advice.

The Classic Car and Bike Meet takes place on the first Wednesday of the month from April to September, 4pm to dusk. There are also Sunday Brunch meets, dates to be confirmed. A wide variety of cars and bikes are present from all marques and ages.
