EAST Northants Council in partnership with Building Business has launched a free business support programme, which will work with new and existing businesses to enhance the local economy.
The programme offers one-to-one business support, business workshops, events and master classes to help the creation and growth of new and existing enterprises.
The only condition is that the business must benefit East Northamptonshire. Even better, this support is open to all businesses, including food businesses and retailers (previously excluded from support under EU funded schemes).
Since establishing in 2006, Building Business has helped thousands of businesses to start and grow.
Ruth Roan Director of Building Business said: “We are passionate about enterprise and believe everyone can be successful in business with the right advice, support and guidance. This is an exciting new project, building on our existing success in East Northants we are looking forward to supporting many more businesses to start and grow.”
Leader of East Northamptonshire Council, Cllr Steven North, said: “We’re pleased to be partnering with Building Business to launch this exciting initiative. We recognise the vast range of businesses we have across the district and we’re committed to providing them with the tools they need to enhance and grow their organisation. We look forwarding to seeing the benefits this programme has on the local economy.”
East Northamptonshire Council is committed to supporting local enterprises through Enterprising East Northants and is working with key partners to deliver Enterprise Centre, East Northants, which will open its door next spring.
