Logistics giant agrees partnership with healthcare distributor as part of its growth strategy

CONSUMER healthcare giant Karo Healthcare has agreed a strategic partnership with Northampton-based Yusen Logistics as it steps up its growth strategy and looks to strengthen its supply chain.

The company, headquartered in Sweden, is a leader in the commercialisation of branded, original over-the-counter products and prescription medicines available in more than 90 countries – principally in Europe and the Nordic nations.

Karo Healthcare aims to build a fast-growing, pan-European portfolio by expanding its footprint in key markets and the accessibility of its distinctive brands.

Yusen Logistics (UK), based in Northampton, will use its Good Distribution Practice compliant EU road network, ocean and air freight solutions to help to streamline the distribution of Karo’s products, making them more easily accessible to consumers.
