A NEW real estate company has been launched by three well-known names in Northamptonshire’s commercial property sector.

A NEW real estate company has been launched by three well-known names in Northamptonshire’s commercial property sector.
TDB Real Estate, headed up by directors Oliver Thompson, Chris Drummond and Mark Brown, will have offices in Northampton, Milton Keynes and London, with the emphasis on providing an expert, collaborative approach to clients.
With more than 60 years’ experience between them in the local property sector, most recently with the Northampton office of Budworth Hardcastle, the directors aim to offer a personal service combined with an in-depth understanding of the Northamptonshire, including Daventry and Wellingborough, and Milton Keynes areas.
TDB Real Estate will provide agency services, property development and investment services, as well as a relocation advice service for companies looking to move into the area, or to move to new premises. The three directors will work with surveyors Jonathon Rawcliffe in Milton Keynes and Victoria Robinson in Northampton, with office support provided by Stephanie Hambidge.
Mark Brown said: “We want the company to be small enough that clients deal with one of the principals rather than making that first contact and then work being passed down the line, ensuring everyone benefits from the expertise that we have gained over many years in the property sector.

TDB Real Estate’s headquarters will be at Waterside Way, Northampton, which will also house the existing Budworth Hardcastle building consultancy team.
