Priors Hall Park is a new mixed community of 5058 new homes, within a parkland setting. The two-form entry Primary School will accommodate up to 420 children, and will be the first Primary School on the development. Additionally, the Community Centre will be located at the heart of the park; both projects are to serve the completed and future homes planned for Priors Hall Park. This complements the existing Corby Business Academy, built by BeLa in 2008; to deliver a full spectrum of schooling within Priors Hall Park. The Main Contractors for this project are Wellingborough based, Watson and Cox (Construction) Limited, and the scheme is due for completion in the summer of 2016.
GSS have been appointed as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for the project. Partner Ian Bray said “GSS are delighted to be entrusted with managing the delivery of the first Primary School and Community Facility on this exciting and desirable urban expansion.”
BeLa Marketing director James Edwards said “We are pleased to have GSS on board and look forward to delivering another piece of much needed infrastructure for the area”.
