Goodrich acted as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and CDM Co-ordinator on the project, which was on a 65-week programme. Paul Riley, Partner, said: “The feedback from the school governors, and the Cripps Foundation, was excellent. A lot of attention was paid to the fact that the project came in on time, and on budget, which was exactly our remit; it was terrific to know our contribution to the project was so valuable. “We were working with a strong team, and everyone responded to each challenge with a positive solution to ensure the finished article retained a wow factor, but more importantly offered NSB a fantastic building that met all of their requirements. It is a great example of what can be achieved through effective, thoughtful design; strong leadership within the team; and working with the right specialists to both set, and deliver, the brief.” For further information contact Goodrich Consulting LLP on 01604 859859, email or visit www.goodrichllp.com
