HAVING built an enviable reputation for its lettings and sales services, Chelton Brown is changing the way it operates its sales division in order to give the individuals within the company a chance to build a business of their own.

Ambitious and entrepreneurial property professionals can now set up and grow their own agency under the Chelton Brown brand, endorsed by the firm’s reputation and supported by the wealth of knowledge and resources it has built up over the years.

Under the new scheme, Chelton Brown Partnership will provide Partners with the infrastructure, marketing and support to build their own business, working for themselves but remaining under the Chelton Brown banner.

Partners will list and sell their own properties – offering the opportunity to achieve uncapped earnings from a number of revenue streams.

Managing Director Sali Brown said: “As part of our expansion strategy, we’ve decided to create Chelton Brown Partnership for the property sales division based on a successful model that has been proven to work in many countries, including the USA and Australia.

“It’s a low-cost, low-risk model compared to setting up your own business from scratch because working under the Chelton Brown banner gives the Partners an immediate edge over other players in the same situation in the market.”

Chelton Brown, which has offices in Northampton and Daventry, is one of the most successful family-run lettings agencies in Northamptonshire, still enjoying dynamic growth almost 45 years after it was first established.

The firm is looking for self-motivated individuals with entrepreneurial traits, and who have in-depth experience in the property industry. Communication skills and commitment are essential, as is dedication to Chelton Brown’s values, ethics and code of conduct.

In return, Chelton Brown will offer access to property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla, office space, state-of-the-art software, marketing support, legal consultancy and documentation, support staff, an existing list of properties, For Sale boards and membership of the Guild of Property Professionals.
