The marketing campaign generated a high number of enquiries and numerous offers. Within Northampton, 204 St Andrews Road was let on behalf of the Landlord to APS Promotions who have relocated from Kingsley Park Terrace. We wish them all the best for continued success at their new premises. Deals have also been agreed for two retail units in the Sponne Shopping Centre in Towcester. The new occupiers are set to be trading prior to Christmas and will bring a new vibrancy to the centre and once again the scheme will be fully occupied. As demand remains strong generally in the industrial sector, we are delighted to bring to the market a light industrial starter unit on Northfield Point in Kettering. The unit is available immediately on a new lease. A detached workshop at the junction of Hallwood Road and Masefield Road is also new to the market and available on a new lease. The unit provides workshop space of approximately 2,300 sq ft and has a secure yard and loading access. Over the course of the next few weeks we also hope to bring to the market a 20,000 sq ft workshop on the Willowbrook East Industrial Estate in Corby and a 1,500 sq ft light industrial unit at Lodge Farm Business Centre close to Milton Keynes. The continued lack of supply of industrial stock and strong demand throughout the region continues to put pressure on rental and capital values for both new and second hand units. This in turn has led to a fast-paced, responsive market and those landlords and businesses that are not properly advised on their property matters could be left behind and miss out on opportunities. With new instructions constantly coming to the market we encourage applicants seeking new or additional premises and landlords seeking property advice, to call Duncan Batty MRICS of BerrysBNE on 01327 356140.
