New business partners Jane Griffith and Paul Rogers are looking to meet new clients who are looking for a different way to recruit both temporary and permanent staff.
Jane Griffith always recommends face-to-face meetings with their clients to gain a full understanding of what the employer wants and needs in their business to add value.
This refreshing approach is paying dividends for the agency, which handles office-based vacancies. It opened for business in Wellingborough at the start of 2015 and quickly met its initial targets from its base in Tingdene House, Bradfield Road on the Finedon Road Industrial Estate.
Paul, who is a driving force behind the already successful Kettering-based Diamond Recruitment Services and Jane, who has more than 20 years experience in the industry, value the chance to work closely with employers. The team’s passion for the industry and in-depth local knowledge can bring real benefits.
Jane said: “We really believe we can offer something different to employers. Our main focus is on commercial vacancies and we like to have a face-to-face meeting so we can find out the type of person they want to join their team.
“Each employer will have different priorities and we want to know about the job and what person they believe will fit into their office. It means we can not only match the skills and qualifications which will be needed to do the job, we can also put forward people who we believe will enjoy working with the rest of the team.”
Vacancies can range from an office assistant to a management position with the main emphasis on Wellingborough, Northampton and Kettering. Jobseekers are encouraged to submit their CVs and employers will only pay a fee once a vacancy has been filled.
Jane said: “Getting the right person for the job can be costly but because we are an independent agency we are able to propose bespoke packages to suit each company’s budget.
“By using our experience and knowledge of the local market, employers can feel confident that we will not cost them time and money. It makes all the difference.”
