INDEPENDENTLY-run agency MEM Recruitment, celebrating an amazing 25 years in business, is still making moves to enable the team to continue to deliver a first-class service.
The agency, founded in 1994, has recently made an office move in Wellingborough. The team are now based in a stylish office, occupying a prominent town centre position and creating a real impact on the surroundings with their eye-catching window displays.
The agency, since being set up in 1994, has continued to experience growth operating within the industrial and commercial recruitment sectors with other branches in Milton Keynes and Bedford.
Through the 25 years, MEM Recruitment has grown to become one of the most respected recruiters in the region, providing a truly independent, personal and hands-on approach to recruitment for the local business community.
Ian McLaven, Director, said: “We take pride in our approach to recruitment.
Twenty-five years is no small achievement for any business, it is a testament to the services we provide and the on-going relationships we have built with our clients.
“Our core service focuses on providing temporary and permanent staff to businesses operating within the industrial and commercial sectors. Our approach is very much quality driven. We work in partnership with our clients and believe we are a partner you can trust.”
This anniversary year has seen other developments.
One has been a huge change in MEM Recruitment’s digital presence with an eye-catching new website and social media outreach. This has enabled MEM Recruitment to reach further and attract new and exciting candidates looking for work within the local areas. Going digital brings new opportunities and is certainly on point in the changing world of recruitment.
“We have surpassed a genuinely great milestone of achieving 25 years in business. We put this down to our excellent customer service and by employing experienced recruitment professionals, passionate in their roles. Confidently we can say that we are an ethical recruiter promoting best practices contributing to our sustained growth and presence.” – Steve Fletcher, Wellingborough Branch Manager
