Rushden-based Inter County Service Group has been appointed Northampton Saints’ official cleaning service partner ahead of the 2026/27 season.
The facilities management company will support stadium operations at Franklin’s Gardens on matchdays and at other events.
The agreement will also give one of the stadium’s supporter areas a new identity, with the Captain’s Bar becoming the Inter County Captain’s Bar.
Inter County provides contract cleaning, waste management, washroom hygiene services and janitorial supplies to offices, schools, warehouses, healthcare sites and retail premises across Northamptonshire and the wider region.
The family business was founded in 1978 by Saints supporter Keith Nicholson, who began cleaning offices from his home in Sharnbrook.
Inter County now employs more than 400 people. Nicholson’s wife Lorna and five of their children are involved in the company.
Northampton Saints Chief Executive Julia Chapman said: “We’re delighted to partner with Inter County, who have been long-standing fans of Northampton Saints for many years.”
She added: “Their enhanced commitment to the Club by becoming a Commercial Partner is hugely valued, and we’re looking forward to building on our strong relationship in the seasons ahead.”
Inter County Finance Director Callum Nicholson said: “As a local, family-owned business and long-standing supporters of the Club, we were thrilled to become a supplier. Now, to see that relationship develop into an official partnership is something we’re really excited about.”
He said the partnership reflected shared values and a commitment to the local community.
