Over the past 12 months the team have worked with an impressive array of clients ranging from well-known international brands and recognisable national companies as well as partnerships, family businesses and owner-managed companies. Friday Legal Solicitors have acted on over 25 major company sales and corporate acquisitions, ranging from £20 million, at the top end, to less than £1 million at the lower end, involving the sales and acquisitions of some extremely well-known businesses.
All of the transactions have been carried out by the commercial and corporate teams with assistance from their commercial property, employment law and litigation colleagues.
