FRIDAY Legal Solicitors’ corporate team have been delighted to assist with the incorporation of The Mintridge Foundation over the past few months.
The Mintridge Foundation, set up by Alexandra Paske, Lucinda Berry, Rupert Conant and Nick Bowman, is a registered charity that aims to advance the health and the physical education of children and young people. It does so, by engaging well-known, professional and ex-professional sport persons, known as The Mintridge Ambassadors, to deliver a comprehensive assortment of sporting and educational programmes to schools and similar institutions, across the region and beyond.
The Mintridge Foundation offers a variety of bespoke services, from half-day coaching sessions, to one-to-one mentoring programmes with The Mintridge Ambassadors, all of which have had a tremendously positive impact on the health and physical education of children and young people, including enhancing their life skills, educating them on the importance of nutrition and exercise and increasing the overall participation of children and young people generally, in a diverse range of sporting activities.
The corporate team at Friday Legal Solicitors have been advising and supporting Alex, Lucinda, Rupert and Nick with their application to the Charity Commission to incorporate The Mintridge Foundation and have assisted them in dealing with the intricacies of charity law, rules and regulations and now that that has been achieved, look forward to seeing the new charity develop and grow in the future.
