Wilson Browne Solicitors has secured national recognition after winning Commercial Property Team of the Year at the British Conveyancing Awards last night.
The Northamptonshire law firm collected the award at a ceremony held at Manchester Cathedral on 12 March, where hundreds of professionals from across the UK property sector gathered to celebrate excellence in conveyancing and property law.
The award recognises the strength of Wilson Browne’s commercial property team, which advises businesses and investors on a wide range of property matters across Northamptonshire and beyond.
The team is jointly led by Tom Warrender and John Punni, partners at the firm who oversee a group of specialist commercial property lawyers supporting regional and national clients.
Tom said the recognition reflects the collective effort of the entire team and the support behind the scenes at the firm.
“The team works incredibly hard for our clients every day, so to receive national recognition like this is something we are immensely proud of,” said Tom Warrender, partner and co-head of the commercial property team at Wilson Browne.
He added that the award highlights the strength and depth of expertise within the firm’s commercial property department.
John Punni also praised the team’s commitment and professionalism, noting that the achievement demonstrates the firm’s growing reputation in the property sector.
Members of the award-winning team include Nina Wilson, Kirsten Rimmer, Ika Částka, Ellie Tait, Kulraj Kaila, Hannah Bayliss, Emily Griffiths, Hassan Karim, Nicole Sparey, Vanshika Pathak, Sara Ali and Georgia Teka.
Tom also recognised the work that went into the firm’s awards submission, thanking Wilson Browne’s in-house marketing team for their support.
The British Conveyancing Awards, organised by Today’s Media – publisher of the trade publication Today’s Conveyancer – recognise firms and individuals delivering outstanding service, innovation and expertise within the conveyancing and property sector.
Now in its sixth year, the awards brought together more than 400 professionals from across the UK property industry for the gala ceremony in Manchester.
The 2026 event marked the first time the awards have been held outside London, with Manchester Cathedral hosting the ceremony and networking dinner.
Wilson Browne’s success in the Commercial Property Team of the Year category highlights the firm’s continued growth and reputation for advising businesses on complex property transactions, development projects and commercial real estate matters.
