THE Holiday Inn Corby has been making the right impression in 2017 thanks to an impressive refurbishment at the popular hotel.
The £2.4 million project has seen dramatic transformations across the venue with changes not only to the public areas but in the function rooms and bedrooms.
The 110-bedroom hotel, which is conveniently located on the outskirts of Corby, now boasts a stylish Open Lobby space, which is open to non-residents, a new dining area which includes a chefs’ station, bar and a to-go cafe with Starbucks coffee.
The hotel has free high-speed wifi on site and guests can work comfortably with access to printing through the E-bar printing link which also features a high spec’ Apple Mac for guest use.
More work has been undertaken to ensure the hotel’s guests can make the most of their stays.
All of the suites and executive bedrooms have been given a contemporary new look along with some standard bedrooms during the works.
The refurbishment has included renovation to the on-site gym, fitness and pool area 3D Health and Fitness Corby and the hotel’s beauty salon Pampered and Polished. These facilities and the pool are open to non-residents.
A wide range of events are planned to celebrate the festive season in one of the venue’s fresh-looking function rooms. These include the new-look Manor Suite, which can hold up to 350 people and the Heart Suite, which is a versatile space for up to 175 people. Another area is the new Ace Suite which can accommodate up to 150 with a theatre-style set up.
