GSSArchitecture have announced its appointment by the North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium Ltd (NEUPC) to two lots of its £80m construction professional services framework agreement.
The framework will be used by five prestigious universities in the North East of England including Newcastle, Durham, Teesside, Northumbria, and Sunderland Universities. Under the framework, GSS will provide a range of architect, multi-disciplinary and lead consultant services for lots two and three, covering design-related services for all project values.
With over 400 education clients nationally, Northamptonshire-based GSSArchitecture have acquired a significant amount of knowledge and experience in the sector. Many of these relationships are longstanding and cover a considerable range of projects, including; research, science, technology, teaching, learning and student accommodation.
