The University of Northampton is continuing its Fuelling Innovation campaign this autumn, with a series of events to support businesses across the county.
The programme brings together workshops, networking opportunities, and expert-led sessions focused on funding, investor readiness, and business growth. It also connects firms with academic expertise and graduate talent through Knowledge Transfer Partnerships.
Fuelling Innovation is run in collaboration with the Northamptonshire Innovation Ecosystem, including Innovate UK, Silverstone Technology Cluster, Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), and the South Midlands Growth Hub.
Research highlights the University’s wider contribution to the economy: in 2023/24 it generated £823 million in Gross Value Added (GVA) for the UK and supported more than 10,600 jobs. For every £1 spent running the University, £4 was returned to the economy.
