WILSON Browne Solicitors has been re-accredited with the Law Society’s coveted Lexcel standard for practice management, awarded only to firms who meet the highest management and customer care standards.
“Lexcel accredited practices undergo rigorous independent assessment to ensure that they meet the required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management,” said Chairman of the Board, Kevin Rogers.
“We’re delighted to have been re-accredited – it is a fantastic achievement and a genuine reflection of the hard work and commitment of everyone at the firm. It also reflects the standard of our work and commitment to excellence, that has seen us win Northamptonshire Law Society Large Law Firm of the Year a number of times, and been recognised for the law society’s own Excellence awards”
The firm has five offices across the region and in the course of the assessment each one was visited by the accreditation team. Independent assessors review file management systems and interviewed staff at all levels about their experience of working for the firm with only about one in ten of all law firms achieving accreditation.
