A PROPERTY entrepreneur is attracting investors looking to reap the benefits of his skills and hands-on experience of making money out of home refurbishments.
Ralph James set up Paloma Property to make the most of his extensive experience in the property sector and work undertaking refurbishments. Now plans are under way to extend the enterprise which means opportunities for people with a minimum of £40,000 to invest with Ralph confident he can deliver a minimum of a six per cent return on their investment.
“There are people with money to invest but who don’t have the skills or knowledge to make the most out of the opportunities in the property sector. Another success was to increase a two-bedroom semi-detached Victorian home to four through extending into the roof and meet the full potential of a refurbishment in an affluent town.
