SALI Brown, Managing Director of lettings and sales company Chelton Brown, raised around £3,500 through her involvement with last year’s Strictly Northampton event.
She and dance partner Stuart Fairbrother came second in the competition and raised £2,736 in donations plus £744 through telephone votes in aid of the Teenage Cancer Trust. The event as a whole raised around £45,000.
Sali said: “It was a wonderful opportunity, I’m feeling real withdrawal symptoms since the training finished and I’m still dancing for pleasure because I enjoyed it so much.
“I want to thank Stuart, and the Step By Step Dance Studio who organised the event for giving me the opportunity to get involved.”
