IMAGEX Medical initially instructed Friday Legal in May 2014, with the acquisition of a unit at Pike Road, Corby. The unit was for the purpose of housing their ultrasound equipment service business. Just a little over two years later, the business has grown exceptionally and the opportunity arose to purchase the neighbouring unit, in order to aid further expansion. Friday Legal have just completed the acquisition transaction of the neighbouring unit.
On a national basis, Imagex Medical service ultrasound equipment for the NHS and the private medical sector. They also offer the specialist equipment for outright sale or on a rental basis. Imagex Medical is now one of the most competitive and trusted independently owned service and maintenance providers of ultrasound equipment in the UK.
