TIME is running out for businesses to get their entries in for the 2019 Northamptonshire Business Awards.
The winners of the nine categories in this year’s awards will receive £1,000 of marketing support from Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce and could go on to win the overall Business of the Year title which comes with a cash prize of £10,000.
The awards are open to all businesses in Northamptonshire but to be in with a chance of winning these brilliant prizes firms must make sure their entries are in by May 10.
Northamptonshire Chamber chief executive Paul Griffiths said: “There has been a fantastic buzz around the awards again this year.
“We know lots of businesses are working hard on their entries and we just want to remind them to make sure they submit their entries by the deadline on May 10.
“I’m sure all those who attended last year’s awards ceremony would agree it was a wonderful celebration of the innovative organisations we have in Northamptonshire.
“We cannot wait to showcase the incredible achievements of our county’s businesses this year at our glittering awards ceremony in September.”
This year’s categories include Workplace Wellbeing Award, E-commerce Business of the Year, Best Use of Technology, High Growth Business of the Year, Employer of the Year, Customer Commitment Award, Exporter of the Year, Apprentice of the Year and Small Business of the Year.
Category winners may also have the chance to proceed to the prestigious regional and national finals of the British Chambers of Commerce Chamber Business Awards.
The awards are sponsored by J motion video productions, PCS Business Systems, Ellacotts, Virtual Sales Team, GPW Consulting Limited, Triad, HR Solutions, Goodwill Solutions CIC, Marsden Fire Safety Ltd and the headline sponsor is Wilson Browne Solicitors.
The finalists will be honoured at an awards ceremony and dinner at Park Inn Northampton on 5 September.
