Millbrook Business Finance has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Sally Chesterton as Operations Director, as the Northampton-based brokerage gears up for its next phase of growth.
Chesterton, who brings more than 15 years’ experience in business finance, joins from Love Finance Limited where she served as Sales and Operations Director, overseeing a team of 80 staff across sales, administration and compliance. Her career also includes senior roles at Metro Bank Asset Finance, InterBay Asset Finance and Shawbrook Bank.
In her new position, she will be responsible for driving operational efficiency across Millbrook’s internal processes, systems and client delivery, with a particular emphasis on scalability and service excellence.
