MORE than 200 customers, suppliers and community figures joined directors and staff at Pro Tiler Tools for the official opening of the company’s new headquarters and distribution centre at Prologis Park Pineham in Northampton.
Northampton Mayor Cllr Jane Birch was on hand to officially open the newly refurbished 140,000 sq ft premises. Guests also took part in supplier-run competitions and demonstrations and lucky attendees walked away with £10,000 worth of stock thanks to Pro Tiler Tools’ charity raffle in aid of the Alzheimer’s Society.
“We are incredibly grateful for the support we have received over the years and it is wonderful to see the business flourish into what it is today,” said Pro Tiler Tools director Sam Bucknall.
“It was fantastic to officially open the building in front of so many of our valued customers and suppliers.”
Founded in 2008 by the Bucknall family, Pro Tiler Tools has grown from a single industrial unit into a nationwide distributor employing over 60 people. The move into this significantly larger HQ represents the next chapter in its journey, with improved operations, a better trade counter experience and even later dispatch services for customers.
Pro Tiler Tools was acquired by Topps Tiles Group in 2022.
