MEADOW View Fields, Mulberry Homes’ new development of high-quality properties in Moulton, has been declared open by the Chairman of Moulton Parish Council, who cut the ribbon to officially launch the new homes in a visit earlier this month.
Chairman David Aarons was invited to join Mulberry Homes’ Managing Director, Ian Sadler, for a tour of Meadow View Fields’ state-of-the-art showhomes: the four-bedroom Sherbourne and the attractive, newly-designed Pitsford.
After cutting the ribbon, Cllr. Aarons was presented with a £200 cheque donation for Moulton Parish Council’s nominated charity, 38th Moulton Scout Group. The donation will be put towards a new roof for the group’s hut.
Ian Sadler said: “We were delighted to welcome Cllr Aarons to our Meadow View Fields development and to declare our homes here officially open. Moulton is a vibrant and collaborative community which we are committed to contributing to and enhancing, through our ongoing support for local businesses and charitable organisations, with financial contributions towards the local school and library as well as providing affordable homes for the local area. In addition to this, we will be enhancing the local environment by planting mature trees and introducing new sports pitches.”
Cllr. Aarons said: “I’d like to thank Ian and Mulberry Homes for inviting me along as Moulton Parish Council’s representative for an enjoyable morning at Meadow View Fields. It was a pleasure to cut the ribbon to this new part of our community here in Moulton, and we are very grateful to Mulberry Homes for their kind donation towards our Scout Group. I hope this will be the beginning of a positive and productive relationship for all involved.”
