GOODRICH is delighted to announce that it has officially completed an industrial development for Tungsten Properties in Handcross.
Tungsten Park, Handcross, is an industrial warehouse project at the former Wyevale Garden Centre site on London Road, seven miles South of Crawley on the A23 between London and Brighton.
The project consists of two single-storey warehouse units totalling 83,000 square feet. Unit 1 is a standalone 43,000 square foot unit which required early access for the occupier, Pets Corner. Units 2 and 3 are speculative units totalling 40,000 square feet, separated by a dividing wall. Both units were constructed to a BREEAM 2018 Very Good rating.
Another project handed over to Tungsten Properties in November 2019 was in Sketchley Brook, Hinckley. The project consisted of seven mixed-use units constructed over a 28-week programme. Demolition of the existing structures took place before the new build works could commence.
In addition to the above, Goodrich is delighted to continue its excellent relationship with Tungsten Properties on a number of other schemes across the UK.
