PARKWAY continues to make progress in both the SEMLEP and other areas.
Following a great end to 2019 with the construction of the BP Chargemaster site at Linford Wood Milton Keynes for Milton Keynes Development Partnership. This consisted of a 26,000 square foot office complex together with a 21,000 square foot production unit, which was completed in February 2020.
Parkway have recently started on the following:
* SATCOL at Kettering for the Salvation Army which consists of sortation unit of 55,000 square feet.
* AXIS J9 Bicester for Albion Land which will total on completion later this year, 126,000 square feet of industrial units comprising of four buildings sub-divided into five individual units
* Epicentre at Haverhill for Jaynic comprising of a 32,000 square foot four storey office building plus a roof plant deck
* Westcott Innovation Centre for Catapult Satellite Applications- a 13,000 square foot office building comprising offices and a state-of-the-art production facility.
Parkway are also pleased to announce that they will shortly be starting on site at:
* Aerial Park Chesham with Chancerygate – a scheme comprising 113,000 square feet of industrial units
G* B Fleetcare Crick with Perpetual – a design and build scheme for a 12,000 square foot vehicle maintenance unit with two storey offices
* Plot 200 Newmarket – an 18,000 square foot industrial unit for Willie Snaith Road Limited
