A specialist recruitment agency has become the latest business to move into Vulcan Works in Northampton town centre.

Carro Recruitment, led by Matthew Lowman, has established its base at the innovative workspace in the Cultural Quarter. The three-person team provides temporary labour as well as permanent and long-term contract recruitment services across the region.

Vulcan Works has welcomed four recruitment agencies in the past six months, reflecting continued demand for flexible office space in Northampton and strengthening the town centre’s business community.

Matthew said: “We’ve settled in really well at Vulcan Works. The offices are modern and well equipped, and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

“Vulcan Works gives us a central location, professional meeting space and a welcoming business community. The additional benefits such as workshops, bookable meeting rooms and networking opportunities really support our growth.”

Vulcan Works offers office space, workshops and co-working facilities designed to support start-ups, entrepreneurs and growing businesses in the heart of Northampton’s Cultural Quarter.

Centre manager Garrick Hurter said: “It’s fantastic to welcome Carro Recruitment to our growing business community. New companies bring fresh energy and ideas, and they contribute to the collaborative culture we’ve built here. We look forward to supporting Matthew and his team as they grow.”
