BRIGHT ideas have ensured thriving agency Diamond Recruitment has an impressive reputation in the competitive recruitment sector.
Now the team is welcoming clients to the agency’s offices in Sheep Street, Wellingborough which has been given the Diamond makeover including the company’s very own wallpaper.
The move to town centre offices brings fresh opportunities for the team, which works hard to create partnerships with businesses looking for recruitment solutions. The Wellingborough team is headed up by Sophie Rice, Branch Operations Manager, with the help of Aigars, Janis and Julie.
The agency’s Chief Executive Donna Rogers said: “In Wellingborough everyone is so supportive of one another and we love this way of working. We like the fact that we can work with different businesses in the town and, wherever possible, we have been using these to help with our office move.”
The team’s commitment includes responding to inquiries out of office hours so last-minute requests or wage issues can be quickly resolved.
Donna said: “It is important we are available when our clients need our services. Getting the right person for the job can be costly but because we are an independent agency, we are able to propose bespoke packages to suit each company’s budget.
“By using our experience and knowledge of the local market, employers can feel confident that we will not cost them time and money. It makes all the difference.”
Flexibility has been a key to the success of the agency, which also has an office in North Wales, and a belief that it is important for the team to not only work hard but play hard.
Support for individuals and organisations include being the main sponsor for Superbike rider Ben Currie and sponsoring Josh Owen this year in BSB Superbikes.
Clients who have the same passion for the sport can join the team trackside when Ben and Josh competed in this year’s season. This sponsorship is just one of the agency’s initiatives which believes in giving back to the communities.
“We do things differently at Diamond. We like to share our success and help people make the most of their opportunities,” said Donna.
