NORTHAMPTONSHIRE businesswomen Rachel Mallows and Julie Futcher are joining forces with Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce to present Developing & Managing your Sales Team – a half-day seminar in the heart of Northampton.
The Mallows Company and The Sales Manager collectively have over half a century of hands-on business-to-business and business-to-consumer experience and are sharing their knowledge on Tuesday 10 September to help you and your team be the best.
After a networking breakfast, Julie will be presenting on how to recruit and develop the best sales team for your business and Rachel will be talking about the leadership skills needed for getting the best out of your team and divulging why these areas are so important to make a team work effectively.
There will also be chance to discuss both these topics in more depth with both companies and to enquire about more in depth training which both companies are offering through this collaboration.
