Northamptonshire-based Acorn Analytical Services has signed a new five-year contract with Start Software, the developers of asbestos management platform Alpha Tracker®.
The two firms have worked together for more than a decade, with Acorn helping to shape the software so it continues to meet the practical needs of asbestos consultancies.
Since adopting Alpha Tracker®, Acorn has produced more than 40,000 quotes, completed 130,000 jobs, and raised over 16,000 invoices, working across 100,000 sites. The platform enables surveyors to capture asbestos data, photos and site plans digitally while on site, with automated reports improving speed, accuracy, and consistency. A client portal also provides secure access to reports, audits and compliance records.
Under the renewed agreement, Start Software will continue to collaborate with Acorn to develop new features and provide staff workshops to support ongoing training.
