Tickets have gone on sale for the 2026 Northamptonshire Mind Gala Ball, with former England Rugby World Cup winner Ben Cohen MBE confirmed as the event’s guest speaker.

The charity’s flagship fundraising event will take place at Sedgebrook Hall on Saturday 21 November, bringing together businesses, supporters and community leaders to raise money for mental health services across Northamptonshire.

Guests will be welcomed from 6pm for a black-tie evening featuring a three-course dinner, live entertainment, a charity auction, raffle and professional photo booth, before the event closes at midnight.

Ben Cohen, founder of The Ben Cohen StandUp Foundation, will share his personal experiences of mental health and resilience during an audience interview. The former international rugby player has spoken publicly about his own mental health journey and his work tackling bullying and promoting equality.

Ian Taylor, trustee of Northamptonshire Mind, said: “The Gala Ball is about bringing our community together to support a cause that affects so many people. Every ticket sold helps Northamptonshire Mind continue providing vital mental health support across the county, and we’re delighted to welcome Ben Cohen to what promises to be a memorable evening.”

Funds raised from the event will support Northamptonshire Mind’s work providing advice, services and support to people experiencing mental health challenges throughout the county.

Tickets are now available via Eventbrite, with further information published on Northamptonshire Mind’s website and social media channels.

A limited number of partnership opportunities also remain available for businesses wishing to support the event and demonstrate their commitment to improving mental health across Northamptonshire.
