Northamptonshire law firm Wilson Browne has been ranked among the five most highly recommended legal practices in the East Midlands following independent research published by Legal 500.
The firm was the only Northamptonshire-based practice to feature in the regional top five, with the ranking based on client recommendation scores gathered as part of Legal 500’s annual research programme.
The findings draw on almost 5,000 responses from clients across the East Midlands, who were asked how likely they would be to recommend their law firm. The results are used to calculate a Net Promoter Score (NPS), an internationally recognised measure of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
To be included in the analysis, firms were required to hold multiple Legal 500 practice rankings and receive a minimum number of verified client responses.
Kevin Rogers, chair of Wilson Browne, said the recognition reflected the firm’s continued focus on client service.
“We are delighted that our clients have placed us among the most recommended law firms in the East Midlands,” he said.
“This recognition reflects the dedication of our people, our commitment to delivering exceptional client service, and the trust our clients place in us every day. Client feedback is incredibly important to us and continually helps shape the way we support individuals, families and businesses across the region.”
Amy Ulliott, UK editor at Legal 500, said client recommendations remained one of the strongest indicators of confidence in a legal practice.
“In a highly competitive legal market, there is no stronger endorsement than a client’s willingness to recommend their law firm,” she said. “This analysis provides a unique insight into the firms earning the highest levels of trust and advocacy from the people they serve.”
Wilson Browne is recognised by Legal 500 across a number of commercial and private client disciplines, including corporate and commercial law, employment, commercial property, litigation, family law, private client services and court of protection work.
Legal 500 researches and ranks legal service providers in more than 100 countries, using law firm submissions alongside interviews with lawyers and confidential client feedback.
