A Kettering company has secured an MK Dons security contract after moving to larger premises and quadrupling the size of its core management team.

Medisec will provide security and stewarding services at MK Dons home matches under the new agreement.

The relationship could also expand to cover concerts, conferences and exhibitions held at the Milton Keynes venue.

Medisec was founded in Northamptonshire by Ben Hollis in September 2021. The company provides security, stewarding, training and safety services to businesses, local authorities and event organisers across the UK.

Its services include crowd management, static guarding, keyholding, mobile patrols, CCTV monitoring and event traffic management.

The MK Dons security contract follows the company’s move to a larger office on Kettering Parkway.

Medisec has also expanded its core management team from one person to four during the past 12 months. Ben has been joined by operations manager Darren George, recruitment and resource manager Darren Bloomfield and medical operations manager Ben Fleet.

The company works with a wider network of self-employed security professionals who are deployed to events and other assignments according to clients’ requirements.

Ben said: “This contract is a huge milestone for Medisec and something the whole team is incredibly proud of.

“Over the last 12 months we’ve grown significantly, building a management team around the business, as well as working some fantastic events and developing a fantastic network of security professionals who work with us.

“To secure a contract with MK Dons shows just how far we’ve come and is a real testament to the standards our team delivers.”
