Vulcan Works will open its doors to businesses, freelancers and entrepreneurs on Friday October 30 for a free open day at its Guildhall Road centre in Northampton.
The Vulcan Works open day will run from 9am to 5pm and will include complimentary coworking, guided tours of the building and informal networking.
Visitors will be able to see the hub’s office space, coworking areas, meeting rooms and breakout spaces, as well as find out more about the business support available to companies based at the centre.
Vulcan Works operates from a restored Victorian building in Northampton town centre and provides workspace for freelancers, start-ups and growing businesses. Its offer includes hot desks, dedicated desks, workshops and private office space.
The centre also runs business support sessions and workshops, including one-to-one advice and information on funding and grants.
Gail Haddon, assistant centre manager at Vulcan Works, said: “We now hold our open days twice a year at Vulcan Works, to give the wider community a chance to come in and see what we do for themselves, without any charge.
“For the whole day, visitors can enjoy complimentary coworking and guided tours as well as the chance to meet new people and discover new opportunities.
“We are not just an office space. We are proud to have incredible business support on offer for our clients, from one-to-one sessions to grant advice and everything in between.”
Visitors are being encouraged to bring a laptop if they want to use the coworking space during the day. Tea and coffee will also be provided.
Places for the Vulcan Works open day can be booked through Eventbrite.
