WITH just days to go till the launch of this year’s Cycle4Cynthia, it’s not too late to help decide who will take the prize for the best fancy dress from last year’s ride.
The Flintstones, Harry Potter, Mrs Bump and a host of dancing daffodils are all in the reckoning for the title and the winner will be announced at the launch of the 2017 ride at Franklin’s Gardens in Northampton on Tuesday, 4 April.
Also receiving their well-earned trophy from Saints coach Jim Mallinder and his players are those who raised the most in sponsorship in 2016, the largest team to take part and the recipient of the Chairman’s Award, which is presented to someone who has made a special contribution to the ride.
Details of the amount raised at last year’s Cycle4Cynthia, held annually in aid of Northampton’s Cynthia Spencer Hospice, will also be unveiled.
