INDEPENDENTLY owned business BACA are delighted to have acquired Total Protection (UK) Limited, the Wellingborough-based supplier of health and safety equipment will now fall under the BACA umbrella of businesses.
BACA’s Managing Director, Marc Calder, said: “The desire for BACA to continue its successful growth meant an acquisition has been something we have been considering for some time now. We wanted to make sure we made the right decision and following due diligence we believe Total Protection (UK) Limited complements and expands our offering in to areas that we have yet to penetrate.
He continued: “As a local business to BACA we were already aware of the business and their safety equipment supply and maintenance alongside their training accreditations makes them a perfect match for us and helps continue our growth plans for 2017 and beyond.”
The business will continue to be based in Wellingborough and deliver the high level of service its current customer base have come to expect, with the support of the BACA group.
