Northamptonshire’s business community came together on Friday night as the winners of the Northamptonshire Business Awards 2025 were announced. The ceremony, organised by the Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce, recognised outstanding achievement, innovation and resilience across the county’s organisations and entrepreneurs.
The black-tie celebration took place at Sywell Aerodrome, held at Hangar One at The Aviator. The evening opened with a drinks reception before guests enjoyed a three-course meal and the awards ceremony, which was followed by an after-party.

Baby Basics Northampton took home Charity of the Year, while Care Launch was named Best New Business of the Year. The Young Business Person of the Year award went to Caitlin Plimmer from Hireful.
Northamptonshire Sport secured the Diversity in the Workplace Award, and Zinc Digital celebrated a double win, receiving both Small Business of the Year and West Northamptonshire Innovative Business of the Year.
Proaction Martial Arts & Fitness won Customer Commitment, and Northampton College received the West Northamptonshire Sustainability Award. The Apprentice of the Year accolade went to Gemma Hallifax from Trilogy Active.
See Limited was named North Northamptonshire Business of the Year, while HVSS – High Voltage Systems & Services Ltd achieved success with two awards: Workplace Wellbeing and Employer of the Year. The Global Business of the Year title was awarded to Jaytrac Limited.
In the individual categories, Caroline Strawson earned Business Person of the Year, and Simply Techspace won High Growth Business of the Year. The prestigious Pinnacle Award, sponsored by Wilson Browne Solicitors, went to DACHSER.
Louise Wall, chief executive of Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes Chamber of Commerce, praised this year’s finalists and winners. “Congratulations to all the winners and finalists of the Northamptonshire Business Awards 2025,” she said. “Your hard work, innovation and dedication continue to inspire excellence across our county. Each of you represents the spirit of entrepreneurship that drives Northamptonshire forward — creating jobs, strengthening communities and shaping a brighter future. Tonight, we celebrate your achievements, your resilience and your commitment to growth and excellence.”
Sunny Singh, commercial director at the Chamber, added on social media that this year’s celebration was the “biggest and best yet”, with hundreds coming together to recognise the achievements of businesses, people and communities across Northamptonshire.
