Cynthia Spencer Hospice has announced a new partnership with Northampton Town Football Club to boost awareness and fundraising throughout the 2025/26 season.

The hospice, which provides palliative and end-of-life care across Northamptonshire, will benefit from a series of sponsorship and fundraising opportunities with the Cobblers. These include bucket collections at matches, programme advertising, digital promotions, and membership of the Cobblers Business Club.

Northampton Town will also encourage its business community to support the charity’s work. Fellow club partner Zoo Accounting has already pledged to raise funds for the hospice through its 2026 charity golf day.

Maya Joseph Hussain, chief executive at Cynthia Spencer Hospice, said: “We’re incredibly proud to be partnering with Northampton Town Football Club. The club is so important to our local community, and this collaboration is a powerful way to raise awareness of the vital role hospice care plays in people’s lives.”

James Corrigan, commercial director at Northampton Town FC, added: “Supporting and working with the local community is something we champion. To be able to give back to Cynthia Spencer and provide them with our platform is rewarding. We’re looking forward to working with them this season.”

Cynthia Spencer Hospice is calling on the public and business community to get involved in its fundraising efforts. Find out more at cynthiaspencer.org.uk.
