TC Group has appointed experienced tax adviser Jennie Brown as Director and Head of Tax Advisory at its Northampton office as the accountancy and business advisory firm continues to expand its specialist services.
Jennie joins the firm with more than 20 years’ experience advising businesses, entrepreneurs and private clients on corporate and personal tax matters. Her work includes business restructures, succession planning, transaction support, Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT), trusts and inheritance tax planning.
She is ATT and CTA qualified and has recently completed the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT), giving her additional expertise in cross-border tax issues for clients with overseas interests.
Debbie Ince, Head of Tax at TC SEM, said Jennie’s appointment strengthens the firm’s advisory capability at a time when businesses are facing increasingly complex tax decisions.
