The Wellingborough-based firm, founded by husband-and-wife team Steve and Leila Souch, opened offices in Leicester and Nottingham last year. Hill’s appointment follows the arrival of Chloe Brabbins as customer experience relationship manager earlier in 2025.
Hill has extensive experience in sales, client relationships and networking, having held roles with Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce and Trapp’d Escape Rooms, where he rose to head of business development. He has also worked in healthcare and, most recently, as senior corporate fundraising coordinator for the Northampton Hope Centre.
He previously worked with the 3RS management team in 2019 and said he was “looking forward to working with the fantastic team again”, adding that he aimed to strengthen the firm’s presence across the Midlands.
Steve Souch, managing director, said: “It’s fantastic to welcome Jake back to the team. He brings a wealth of experience in sales and business development which will support our plans for growth.”
The company is also recruiting two additional IT service desk technicians to meet rising demand.
